Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee daily operational activities, manage security personnel, and ensure seamless execution of client contracts. This is an on-site, in-person role based in our North York office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and mentor security personnel across multiple sites.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures and compliance protocols.
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and training programs for guards.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service quality.
- Conduct operational audits and incident investigations.
- Manage budgets, reports, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and strategic growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field (Required)
- Proven experience in security operations management or related roles (Required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of security regulations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and security management software.
