Structure.

SureCommand System is designed with a functional and divisional organizational structure that includes branches, departments, units, and individual roles that directs workflows and information through a hierarchical model.

It has general, professional and industry specific modules to suit unique workflows for any type of organization within any type of market. The SureCommand structure makes the size, life cycle, duties, goals, and position visible to all organizational participants.

Branch

The SureCommand System is designed with the ability to create separate branches for different operating locations. Administrators can create an unlimited number of subordinating branches in any location around the world. Administrators can also designate a branch as either franchise or corporate entity and establish departments within the branches.

Department

Branches may have multiple departments that specialise in an area of activity such as accounting and human resources. Each department provides a special function within the overall organization. The SureCommand system is designed to allow administrators to manage multiple departments at the same time.

Unit

Some departments require a division of units due to its size and complexity.  The department unit can be a group of individuals with specific skills and experiences that is required for a special duty. The SureCommand System allows administrators to create department units so they can better assign individuals to a position best suited for their skills and experience.  

Individual Roles

The SureCommand System provides access to individual roles with specialised features specifically designed for the duties the role requires. These features are made to increase the performance of every user and are industry specific or can be customized to suit the requirements of the organization.

Hierarchy.

The SureCommand System has adopted the top-down hierarchical organization structure. This refers to arranging members of the organization into a descending level of leadership positions.

The hierarchy consists of a Director, Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, and Front-Line employees.  Such a model gives leadership with the ability to provide proper direction, insight, operational visibility, and situational awareness.  

Director Roles

The SureCommand Director Role provides Directors with detailed and comprehensive reports that provide valuable insight into the organization’s performance. It also provides Directors the ability to create policies, procedures and an unlimited number of branches and departments.

Manager Roles

The SureCommand Department Manager role provides department managers access to the settings features for optimal workflow configuration. Managers also will have access to special performance reports and the ability to monitor compliance.  

Administrator Roles

The SureCommand Department Administrator Role is designed to provide administrators with access to the complete or partial department features that perform and record administrative transactions. The administrative transactions include performing financial, human resource, scheduling, and work order tasks through the use of integrated wizards and templates that ensure transactional accuracy.

Individual Roles

The SureCommand System provides access to individual roles with specialised features specifically designed for the duties the role requires. These features are made to increase the performance of every user and are industry specific or can be customized to suit the requirements of the organization.

Profile Types.

The SureCommand profile system helps to consolidate, describe, and organize information about a single subject.

Profiles offer administrators a reference library and a location to perform transactions, attach documents, and view work orders.

Addresses Profile

The SureCommand Address Profile System provides administrators with information about the location, building type, number of units, parking arrangements, facilities, amenities, maintenance schedules, and operating hours. It also provides a list of contractors, tenants, and incidents. Administrators can use address profiles to manage properties and to seek new opportunities.

Person Profile

The SureCommand Person Profile System provides a description of individuals for the purpose of employment and service. The profile information provided to administrators includes contact, human resource, and accounting transactions details. Organizations can also view list of previous purchases and add custom service requests.  

Vehicle Profile

The SureCommand Vehicle Profile System contains information that is relevant to the operation of the vehicle. This information includes the make, model, year of production, schedules maintenance, and expenses related to the vehicle. It is important for all organizations that operate a fleet of vehicles to track the individual vehicle costs to ensure maximum efficiency.  

Item Profile

The SureCommand Item Profile System provides information about the description of the item, products listing, and inventory. Inventory Administrators will be able to view the location, turnover rate, lead time, size, weight, minimum and maximum inventory stock and much more. Inventory Administrators will be able to use the information to keep the right amount of inventory to reduce cost and increase profit potential.

Customer Portal.
