The SureCommand Retail Team page lists every member of the sales floor with their photo, employee number, tenure in days and the manager they report to. Each name opens the employee’s profile.
The Sales report breaks the day, week, month or year down by staff member. Pick a date and the summary tiles show gross sales, net sales, tax, invoice count, average sale and how many staff rang up a sale, above a stacked trend chart with one colour per employee.
Below the chart, staff are ranked by invoices, net sales, tax, gross sales, average sale and their share of the total, and the trend table lists every period side by side with a total per day.
The Low Inventory report lists every item with a minimum stock quantity, showing its image, ID, minimum, current and maximum stock. Available stock counts only items not sold and not assigned to an employee, and anything under its minimum is flagged in red.
The Shipping report compares what customers were charged for shipping against what the couriers cost. Pick a date range for the package count, shipping charged, shipping costs and margin, then follow the monthly trend to spot months where shipping ran at a loss.
The Markets setting chooses which product markets the store sells in — Products, Services, Education, Vehicle and Subscription — with one click to show or hide each.
Invoice Details controls which product fields print on an invoice: make, collection, model, sold by, area or unit, price per measurement unit and total area.
The PublicStock tab publishes inventory to PublicStock.com, the public marketplace. It shows the merchant status, reviewer note and published item count, and sets the marketplace terms: who pays shipping, the restocking fee, the shipping expense and deposit accounts, and the store’s terms and conditions.
Shipping settings pick the measurement units — metric or imperial — and define the store’s shipping boxes, from poly mailers to extra-large cartons, with dimensions, maximum weight and tare weight so packages can be weighed and rated correctly.
The SureCommand Orders List shows every item sold, line by line: cart ID, invoice ID, customer, item name and ID, quantity and delivery status — Pending, Ready or Shipped. Filter by branch, year, invoice, cart or customer, switch between open and closed orders, and tick lines to act on them together.
The Fulfillment Orders tab lists each open cart with the customer, date, order quantity, delivery method — delivery, pickup or not yet set — and the packages created for it, each with its status and courier tracking number. Orders with no package yet stand out at a glance.
Needs Packing is the picker’s worklist: every ordered line that has not been fully packaged, with the ordered and already-packaged quantities and a Pack button that puts the item into a package.
The Back Orders tab tracks lines that could not be filled at the time of sale, with the ordered, delivered and current stock quantities. Lines whose stock has arrived are highlighted so they can be packed right away.
The Delivery Dashboard counts packages that are open, ready, in transit, pending pickup, delivered today and in exception, per branch or across the store. Below the tiles, the most recent packages show their customer, cart, delivery address or pickup, courier, tracking number and status.
The Packages tab is the full package register. Search by package number, tracking number or customer, filter by cart, status or delivery type, and see each package’s carts, item count, destination, courier, tracking, shipping cost and status from Open through Ready, Shipped and Delivered.
The Shipments tab follows packages handed to a courier: delivery location, courier, tracking number, the date shipped and how many days it has been in transit, so late shipments are caught before the customer calls.
The Trips tab plans in-house delivery runs. Each run has a date, driver, number of stops, packages delivered so far, estimated distance and time, notes and a status — Planning, Out For Delivery or Completed. Start a new run with one click.
The Pickups tab lists packages waiting at the counter with the customer, carts, item count and the date they became ready. Confirm Pickup closes the package when the customer collects it.
The Returns tab tracks every return merchandise authorization: the customer, item count, return destination — store, warehouse or abandon for a refund only — the linked work order, the date and a status that moves from Requested through Authorized, Received and Approved to Completed or Rejected.
