Recruiters can post an open position and broadcast it to the public or to a select group of qualified internal candidates with the use of a template that collects comprehensive details about the open position. The Recruitment Administrator Role can organize the screening, interviewing, training, retention, tracking, and the measurements of attrition rates.
The SureCommand Placement Coordinator Role is a suite of features designed to identify client's talent needs and connect them with the list of available and qualified candidates. Placement Coordinators can share candidate information with potential clients easily and securely. Once a candidate is found and accepted by the client, the Placement Coordinator can forward the information to the Scheduling Department for shift coverage.
