Patrol Management System

Guard Tour Schedules and Location

Patrols are an essential part of the security service industry. Patrols help identify maintenance issues, hazards, or potential offences. The SureCommand system provides Security Guard Managers the ability to create Guard tour schedules with waypoint locations throughout the site you are servicing. The Guard Tour system records the time and location the Guard has visited within the patrol and then creates a daily patrol report for management and the customer.

To create a patrol tour, a Security Manager needs to just simply select the site, enter in the areas to be patrolled and then program the microcontroller (beacon system) for every waypoint that the Guard must visit during the patrol. These beacons are wall mounted and can connect with any modern cellular phone. Also, the patrol schedules and locations can be predetermined or randomized and will be made visible on the Guards mobile application for instruction and guidance.

Guard Tour Hardware

The Guard Tour system works by turning on the NFC or Bluetooth wireless options on the cellphone and waving the device in-front of the microcontroller until the SureCommand patrol app says that the read was successful. The SureCommand Guard Tour system has a built in GPS indicator using GPS and Geo-tagging devices to ensure that the location of the microcontroller has not been compromised. The system will alert the dispatcher automatically if the microcontroller has been moved and is not where it is supposed to be. SureCommand will provide the necessary microcontroller censors (Bluetooth beacon) that can connect to a mobile device.

Security Guards can transmit their positions live to the dispatcher to confirm their tour by waving their mobile device in front of a programmed wall mounted microchip. Security service providers can use as many of the NFC or Bluetooth tags as necessary. The Guard Tour System works on Android and Apple phones. The SureCommand Guard Tour System provides automated reports at the end of every shift automatically without requiring the user to dock a wand.
