Security Guard Desktop
Security Guard Desktop Features
The Security Guard Desktop Module include the My Duties features and functions and is designed to manage the security activities of a Security Guard. The SureCommand Security Guard System is designed to connect the Security Guard with the rest of the security operation. The Security Guard Desktop must have a modern computer with internet access.
Security Guard Scheduling System
The Security Guard Scheduling system gives Guards access to their schedules anytime of the day. The access to the Guards schedule can be gain through their desktop or mobile application access. The Guards can view and accept their future shifts. The Guards can also use the mobile application to collect a managers signature to confirm their attendance.
The Surecommand Occurrence Records System (Digital Notebook) is designed to enable Guards to digitally record their daily occurrence notes and transmit it instantly to the central Dispatcher. The Occurrence Recording System also gives Guards the ability to view and search for notes using a search field that allows them to find information more quickly than if they were to try the same thing with traditional paper methods. Every note recorded on the Guards digital notebook includes weather information and GPS coordinates. All the Guards notes are collected and can be sent to the client in a PDF format at the end of the day.
Incident Reporting System
The SureCommand Incident Management Systems (IMS) is designed to manage all recorded incidents. The SureCommand IMS can collect information on an emerging critical situation that requires escalation to authorized individuals. The IMS system can prioritize time-sensitive information and deliver it to authorized individuals who are responsible for resolving the incident record. The IMS users can then view information in real time to continuously monitor developments. The SureCommand IMS collects real-time incident information from multiple users such as the sequence of events, individuals involved, damages and risks. The SureCommand IMS can collect images, video, audio and share it with authorized individuals who are involved in the resolution of the incident. The SureCommand IMS will list the incident into a priority sequence and assign the tasks to resolve the case to the appropriate individuals depending on the incident type, priority, time, status and custom criteria. Once the authorized individuals are selected, the IMS will automatically notify them through either a mobile app push notification, text messaging and emails alert until the incident record is acknowledged. The IMS system will keep escalating the incident in a set time interval until an individual accepts the incident. The IMS features manual and automated approval processes of an incident report or case investigation and can be configured to create analysis reports. Special reports can be sent to your customers to keep them informed of the developments and resolutions. This feature will enable your customer to enhance their awareness, provide you with instructions and make better decisions that reduce risks.
Mail Package Management
The SureCommand System presents a Mail Package Management System for Guards that allows them to use a mobile device to record the details of the package that is to be delivered to an occupant of the building. The Security Guard can also download an image in addition to the details of the package and automatically relay that information by texting /or emailing the information to the occupant. This allows the Security Guard to coordinate mail package activities with other Guards and Property Management. The SureCommand system has a digital signature recording feature that enables Guards to capture the signature of the person picking up the package.
Guard Tour Patrol System
The SureCommand Guard Tour Patrol Management System is designed to direct a Guard to their patrol route and confirm their patrol was made. Patrols are an essential part of the security service industry. To create a tour, the administrator has to simply select the site, enter the areas to be patrolled and then program the microcontroller for that waypoint the Guard reach before moving to the next area. This will help your organization determine what the times and frequency your Guard has performed their patrols and allow your customers to receive a PDF patrol report every day as proof of their performance by email if the option is selected. The Guard may use a cell phone to read the wall mounted microcontroller. The system works by turning on the NFC or Bluetooth wireless options on the cellphone and waving the device in front of the microcontroller until the SureCommand patrol app says that the read was successful. The SureCommand Guard Tour system has a built-in GPS indicator using GPS and Geo-tagging devices to ensure the location of the microcontroller has not been compromised. The system will alert the dispatcher automatically if the microcontroller has been moved and is not where it is supposed to be. SureCommand will provide the necessary a microcontroller censors like NFC or Bluetooth beacons that have a connection to their mobile device. The patrols can be predetermined or randomized and will display the route on the cellphone the Guard will be using to ensure the Guard does not miss any area they are supposed to patrol. Administrators may also view their patrol progress on the connection with Google Maps.
The Parking Management System assists Guards with parking enforcement and administration duties by providing the Guards with the information on the arrangement of parking spots and who occupies them. The Parking Management system enables Guards to record all their parking enforcement activities by entering the vehicle information on the system and uploading the picture of the vehicle and ticket.
The SureCommand System gives Security Guards access to many different communication channels. Guards can communicate their messages from the system by using the SureCommand forum page, peer messaging, memorandums, emails, BOLOS and text messages to communicate their information. This can keep a Security Guard current on developing events and help them asses their situation.
